By accessing or using Convolens ("Service"), provided by MINELVA, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Convolens is a browser-based analysis tool for WhatsApp chat exports. It provides visualizations, statistics, and insights based on the text files you provide.

Disclaimer: Convolens does not provide legal, relationship, or professional advice. The "Chat Health Score" and other insights are for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only.

3. Payments and Refunds

  • Payment Processor: All payments are processed securely via Paddle. By purchasing, you also agree to Paddle's terms of service.
  • Fees: We offer single analysis purchases and subscription plans. Prices are as displayed at the time of purchase.
  • Refunds: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked.
  • How to Request a Refund: Email us at kayalex404@gmail.com with your order details and we will process your refund promptly.

4. User Content and Privacy

You retain all ownership of the chat files you analyze. As stated in our Privacy Policy, your chat files are processed locally in your browser and are never uploaded to our servers.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

  • Analyze chats for which you do not have permission from all participants.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer the analysis engine.
  • Use automated scripts to scrape data from the Service.
  • Impersonate others or provide false billing information.

6. Limitation of Liability

MINELVA and Convolens shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service or any conclusions drawn from the results. The Service is provided "AS IS".

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of Zambia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
